I ran a workshop on how to work with buyers, for a company that offered market research as an outsourced service. I thought it went well but…

The delegates said the main thing they wanted was tactics to counter those of buyers.

I really didn’t want to do that. So I wrote a booklet as a handout and it turned out to be quite popular. I explain in the booklet why I didn’t want to include this in the workshop syllabus.

The booklet does have one excellent feature. That is a series of cartoons by the excellent artist, Dr Anne Ware. As colleagues in Syngenta, we both learned about all of the featured TacTricks.
